There are dozens models of SHKL series chiller with cooling range from 62KW to 3672KW, and the chilled water temperature adjustment range is 7°C~12°C. High Efficiency- Using high efficiency 5:6 rotor twin-screw compressor, the chiller operate with high efficiency in both full load and part load.
- Patented screw profile design, improve the compressor efficiency.
- High efficiency heat exchange tube and countercurrent design of the heat exchanger, improve the heat transfer efficiency on the water side and refrigerant side.
2. Low Operation Cost- By intelligent control, The chiller can adjust the load to 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%, 0.
- The total parts number of the screw compressor is only 1/10 of the conventional compressor. With Simple structure, few wearing parts, no inlet and exhaust valves, not sensitive to the humidity, the failure rate of screw chiller is extremely low. Our screw chiller can run for 40,000 hours without trouble.
3. Customize DesignWe can produce the non-standard chillers according to different countries, different power supply system or different customer request. Also we can customize screw-type integrated units, anti-corrosion unit, explosion-proof unit and other special industry units according to customer request. There are a variety of refrigerant options, such as R22, R407C, R134a and other refrigerant.Specifications:50KW to 396KW model with 1 compressor, 1 regrigeration circuit.
